i got a problem. i did the repair thing, and they sent me an email saying to print the adress deal, so i did that, but when i read it i thought they said to provide my own box, they didnt. ive already sent the box in my own packaging, not their box. so im wondering what will happen. will they send it back or repair it, the que hasnt been preoccessed, so im freakin out.As long as it has the packing slip you printed it well be fine. They'll fix it for you.
No worries.It'll be fine you printed off a slip so they'll know what it is and what to do with it. You should be able to call Microsoft and give them that number to find out the status of the box.
