Is it possible to live off the internet alone?

If someone was isolated into a room with only a computer and internet, would they be able to live in that room, by using the internet as a source of survival.

No. They would die after 7 days from lack of water.

Theoretically yes.
They could order a service that goes food shopping for them if they are hungry. They could shop at places like Amazon and Target online to find many things. Chatting with people online is very common if they want to have conversations with anyone. Now a days they can have voice and webcam chats online. If they need companionship they can hire a hooker to come visit them.
People make money online everyday, they can make a living with a website or through some other way online.

Why depend on the internet so much ?

But if one is confined [as it seems you ask] then the answer is NO.

It is not possible to do every thing as of today and probably in the future too.
Here's an example to help you understand.
Eg:
If you're sick, you could consult a Doc online but how will he diagnose what exactly is the problem ?
The things that you describe could be either the symptoms or the results of an illness.

if you can order beer through the internet then you can definitly live off the internet alone!

yes because u could get everything off the internet . like you can buy food and clothes and water .

definitely! you can order food online and have it delivered to ur room, as for money, u can prolly use hacked CC numbers off hacker websites. lol.
