• :blushing: Whoops.

I did check through the user manual and searched the internet but I was unable to find the answer. When I open up a RAW file and save it, it seems to over-ride the original RAW file. On some I could revert it back to the true RAW file by going to Edit -> Apply Camera RAW Settings --> Camera RAW defaults, yet others only went back a step or two.

    Any suggestions?

And I will eventually learn. I am skimming through the user manual and picking up "Photoshop CS2 for Dummies" next week, so hopefully I will learn something soon.

    Thanks

  • Yep, create a folder called Originals with a duplicate folder structure to your working files and take a copy of the original into the working folder. It's the only way to be sure no cockups are made!
